§ 30.05 CITY SEAL.
   All contracts to which the city is a party shall be sealed with the city seal. The seal shall be kept in the custody of the City Administrator or Assistant City Administrator and affixed by him or her. The official city seal shall be a circular disc having engraved thereupon "CITY OF CANNON FALLS" and any other words, figures or emblems as the Council may, by resolution, designate.
