It is the primary responsibility of any contractor, subcontractor, developer and property owner to remove from any adjacent or neighboring lot, all building construction and demolition debris that may leave the construction site. The debris must be removed on a daily basis and must be stored or disposed of as set forth in § 92.15. Unless required more frequently by the Director of Public Works, building construction waste, demolition debris and dirt or soil that may leave a construction site shall be cleaned from public streets on a weekly basis.
