§ 92.04 COMMERCIAL BURNING.
   It is unlawful for any person to commercially burn refuse, as defined in this subchapter, or any other material or thing. For the purpose of this section, COMMERCIALLY BURN means any burning, for a consideration, of refuse or other material or thing generated by a use (as that term is defined in § 152.021) not present upon the immediate premises on which the burning takes place.
