(A) The City Administrator shall prepare the following items:
(1) An agenda for the forthcoming meeting;
(2) A report from the City Administrator on administrative activities of the preceding month;
(3) A compiled list of all claimants who have filed verified accounts claiming payment for goods or services rendered the city; and
(4) A copy of all minutes to be considered.
(B) The City Administrator shall forthwith cause to be mailed or delivered to the Mayor and each Council member copies of all documents.
(C) Roberts' Rules of Order (Newly Revised) shall govern all Council meetings as to procedural matters not set forth in the Charter or city code.
(D) The order of business shall be established by resolution.
