(A) Definition. For the purpose of this schedule, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT STREETS. Mill Street from Third Street to the Little Cannon River; and Main Street from Third Street to the Little Cannon River; and Fourth Street from Hoffman Street to Park Street.
(B) Central Business District streets. It is unlawful for any person to stop, park or leave standing any vehicle upon any Central Business District streets during the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. from November 1 to March 30.
(C) All other streets. It is unlawful for any person to stop, park or leave standing any vehicle upon any street that is not a Central Business District street during the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. from November 1 to March 30.
