(A) City code provisions relating to vehicular traffic shall apply to the operation of snowmobiles/ATVs upon street and highways; and M.S. §§ 84.81 through 84.915 and Chapter 169, as they may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference except those provisions which by their nature have no application.
(B) The Council may by resolution, following a published notice, prohibit the operation of snowmobiles/ATVs within the right-of-way of the public roads or streets or other areas within the city, when in the opinion of the Council the public safety and welfare so require.
