(A) It is unlawful for any person to operate, propel or ride a skateboard or rollerskates anywhere within the business district of the city.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to operate, propel or ride a skateboard or rollerskates upon any public street or alleyway within the city.
(C) Whenever a person is riding a skateboard or rollerskates upon a sidewalk where not prohibited, the person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing the pedestrian.
