§ 73.07 RIGHT-OF-WAY; SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   Whenever a person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, the person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing the pedestrian.
   (B)   Provided, that it is unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle on a sidewalk in a business district.
