(A) It is unlawful for any person to leave or park a house trailer, mobile home, camping trailer, bus or other similar recreational vehicle on or within the limits of any street or right-of-way, except where signs are erected designating the place as a campsite, for more than 24 consecutive hours.
(B) Provided, however, that during the 24-hour period, the vehicle shall not be occupied as living quarters.
