§ 32.140 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.
   (A)   A Park Advisory Board of the City of Cannon Falls is hereby established.
   (B)   Membership. The Board shall be composed of five members total, all appointed by the City Council. The membership includes four Cannon Falls residents and one member of the City Council.
