(A) Targeted recyclables must be placed in recyclable material containers for collection.
(B) Targeted recyclables may be mixed in one or more containers.
(C) Recyclable material containers furnished by the city are owned by the city and must remain with the premises when the occupant moves or vacates the premises.
(D) Recyclable material containers must be used only for storage of targeted recyclables.
