§ 32.131 DUTIES.

   (A)   The Public Works Commission duties are as follows:

      (1)   Oversee and make recommendations to the City Council on projects in the streets, storm water, sewer and water departments;

      (2)   Make recommendations to the City Council on the department budget, personnel, and equipment purchases;

      (3)   Be in an advisory position to the City Council.

   (B)   Shall meet monthly or as needed.
