§ 32.130 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.
   (A)   A Public Works Commission of the City of Cannon Falls is hereby established.
   (B)   Membership. The Commission shall be composed of three members total, all appointed by the City Council. The membership includes two members of the City Council and one resident of the city.
