§ 32.111 DUTIES.

   (A)   The Cable Commission duties are as follows:

      (1)   Oversee and provide advisement to the cable department;

      (2)   Be the liaison to City Council for current activities;

      (3)   Oversee cable franchise administration and renewal proceedings;

      (4)   Make recommendations to the City Council on department budget, personnel and equipment purchases.

   (B)   Cable Commission will meet as needed.
