§ 32.095 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.
   (A)   A Police Commission of the City of Cannon Falls is hereby established.
   (B)   Membership. The Board shall be composed of six members total, all appointed by the City Council. The membership includes three Cannon Falls residents, two members of the City Council and the Mayor.
