(A) Disposal. All persons must dispose of targeted recyclables as provided in this chapter. It is unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to make provision for and secure disposal of targeted recyclables as provided in this chapter.
(B) Residential dwellings. Each household in a residential dwelling must place targeted recyclables at curbside at designated times for collection by the hauler designated by the city.
