(A) Purpose. The purpose of the Southeast Campus PLJD District is to provide for a hospital campus and uses that are compatible with and support the hospital and to exclude incompatible uses.
(B) Permitted uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this chapter, the following are permitted uses in the Southeast Campus PUD:
(1) Essential services.
(1) Hospitals;
(2) Office business clinic;
(3) Office business general;
(4) Multiple family dwellings, including apartments and townhomes with amaximum density of 17 units per acre;
(5) Research and development businesses that employ engineers, scientists and others to design produce and market new products and knowledge.
(D) Permitted accessory uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this chapter, the following are permitted accessory uses in the Southeast Campus PUD District:
(1) Commercial accessory buildings and structures, provided that the accessory building or structure shall not exceed 30% of the gross floor space of the principal building;
(6) Accessory uses, buildings and structures customarily incidental and directly related to multiple family residential developments.
(E) Sexually oriented uses. Sexually oriented uses are prohibited.
(F) Lot requirements and setbacks. The following minimum requirements shall be observed in the Southeast Campus PUD District subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth in this chapter.

(G) Building/impervious surface requirements. The following building/impervious surface requirements shall be observed in the Southeast Campus MD District:
(1) All structures shall be limited to a maximum height of 50 feet.
(3) Off-street parking space, structures of any type, buildings or other features may not cover more than 65% of a lot. The minimum pervious surface area of a lot is 35%.
