§ 55.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COLLECTION. The aggregation of targeted recyclables from the place at which they are generated and includes all activities up to the time the targeted recyclables are delivered to a recycling facility.
   PERSON. Includes any owner or occupant of a residential dwelling unit, or the owner or manager of a multiple dwelling.
   RECYCLABLES. Materials which can be separated from the mixed municipal solid waste stream for collection and preparation for reuse in their original form, or for other use in manufacturing processes that do not cause the destruction of the recyclable materials in a manner that precludes further use.
   RESIDENTIAL DWELLING. Any building used for residential purposes consisting of one or more dwelling units with individual kitchen facilities for each.
   TARGETED RECYCLABLES. Aluminum and bi-metal beverage containers, brown, clear or green glass, newsprint, corrugated cardboard, tin cans, plastic containers or other materials that may be designated by resolution of the Council.
