§ 111.080 BREW-ON PREMISES STORE, UNLAWFUL ACTS.

   The following are unlawful acts for a brew-on premises store:

   (A)   To sell or otherwise provide alcoholic beverages to customers of a brew-on-premises store unless the owner of the brew-on-premises store holds an appropriate liquor license;

   (B)   For a customer to re-sell malt liquor (beer) brewed in a brew-on-premises store or use it for any purpose other than personal use; and

   (C)   For a minor to be a customer of a brew-on-premises store.
