(a) Vehicles traveling southwest on Lisbon Street shall be prohibited from making right hand turns onto Wadsworth Street against a red traffic signal, and a sign giving notice thereof shall be posted at that intersection.

(b) Vehicles traveling south on Wadsworth shall be prohibited from making right hand turns onto Lisbon Street against a red traffic signal, and a sign giving notice thereof shall be posted at that intersection.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
