(a) The following positions shall be bonded to ensure the faithful performance of their duties in accordance with the requirements of Ohio law in the amounts set opposite the positions:
(1) A bond shall be required for the Mayor in the amount of $10,000.00.
(2) A bond shall be required for the City Manager in the amount of $50,000.00.
(3) A bond shall be required for the Director of Finance in the amount of $50,000.00
(b) The City Manager is hereby granted the authority to establish bond requirements for other employees of the City in amounts as determined by the City Manager to be necessary to serve the public interest.
