149.01 POSITION OF SUPERVISOR CREATED.
   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Supervisor of the Division of Water and Sewer.
   (b)   The Supervisor shall perform such duties as shall be prescribed from time to time by the Service Director. (Ord. 1956-6. Passed 6-11-56.)
