145.03 FIRE CHIEF EMERITUS.

There is hereby established the position of Fire Chief Emeritus. The Fire Chief Emeritus shall be a retired fireman appointed by the Manager, in recognition of outstanding community service as a member of the Municipal Volunteer Fire Department.
