737.01 CULTIVATION, PROCESSING AND RETAIL SALES OF MARIJUANA.

The cultivation, processing and/or retail dispensing of medical marijuana, as the same is defined in Ohio R.C. 3796.01(A)(2), effective September 8, 2016, is hereby prohibited within the City of Canfield.
