143.03 POLICEWOMAN.
   (a)    There is hereby established the position of policewoman in the Division of Police of the Municipality.
   (b)   A policewoman with the Division of Police shall be entitled to all the additional rights pertaining to vacations, holidays, hospitalization and surgical insurance and sick leave conferred upon employees of the Municipality in the annual compensation ordinance.
