139.01 CREATION; DUTIES.
   (a)    There is hereby established the position of Historian for the Municipality.
   (b)    The duties of the Historian shall be prescribed from time to time by the Manager and by action of Council. (Ord. 1963-10. Passed 7-9-63.)
