135.01 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.
   (a)    The position of Director of Finance is hereby created.
   (b)    Such position is created effective September 1, 1986.
   (c)    The powers and duties of the Finance Director shall be as set forth in Section 6.05 of the Charter. (Ord. 1986-32. Passed 8-19-86.)
