735.99 PENALTY.

The owner or operator of a hotel or motel at which any violation of this section is found to occur is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed each day a violation occurs or continues after delivery of notice of the violation by the City. (Ord. 2009-29. Passed 6-17-09.)
