Any hotel or motel operating with the City shall, at all times, be adequately staffed to maintain the premises in a safe and sanitary condition and in accordance to the provisions of this Chapter and other applicable municipal ordinances at all times. An employee representative must be present on site and readily available to respond to calls or inquiries received at the registration desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
