For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) "Hotel" means a commercial establishment offering lodging to travelers and often having restaurants, meeting rooms, stores, etc. that are available to guests and the general public.
(b) "Motel" means a commercial establishment typically located roadside providing travelers with lodging which usually has rooms adjacent to an outside parking area. (Ord. 2009-29. Passed 6-17-09.)
