1388.05 DEFINITIONS.
   The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of the Code:
   (a)    "Accessory Building" means a secondary or appurtenant building, the use of which is incidental or accessory to that of the main building, and which is attached thereto or located on the same premises.
   (b)    "Business Building" - see business definition at Section 1123.01(15).
      "Premises" means any structure and exterior portion of any property used in furtherance of the operation of business.
   (c)    "Commercial Property" means any buildings or structures used for non-residential purposes and vacant property or any portions thereof located in a nonresidential zoning district.
   (d)    "Code" means the Commercial Property Maintenance Code being Chapter 1388 of the Codified Ordinances of the City.
   (e)    "Building Administrator" means the City Manager or his authorized representative.
   (f)    "Foundation" means construction primarily below grade which provides support for exterior walls or other structural parts of a building or structure.
   (g)    "Junk Vehicle" means any vehicle that is abandoned, inoperative, partially or fully dismantled, or wrecked, or is without a currently valid license plate and shall be categorized as either:
      (1)    Restorable-repairs could be made without exceeding the estimated value to place vehicle in operating condition or
      (2)    Wrecked - economically unfeasible to restore to operating condition.
      The City Manager or other designated official shall make the final determination as to the categorization of any said vehicle.
   (h)    "Lot With Structure" means any lot within the City upon which a structure is located.
