1387.06 REFUSE, RUBBISH AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

Effective January 1, 1993, all refuse, rubbish and garbage receptacles having a capacity of 0.5 cubic yards or greater shall be enclosed to obstruct view from all sides.
