(a) The City Manager, shall administer or delegate administration of the street numbering plan.
(b) Most of the current street numbers currently conform to this street numbering plan. However, if at any future date the administrator of this plan determines that any pre-existing numbers create a problem for the health, safety and welfare of the occupants, he has the authority to change these numbers upon a sixty day notice to the residents.
(c) The list of numbers attached to original Ordinance 1975-2 shall be changed for reasons of health, safety and welfare. The affected residents must comply no later than January 1, 1976.
(d) Any person disagreeing with an administrative decision to renumber an existing structure has the right of appeal to the Planning Commission. The Commission shall have the power to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any interpretation, judgment, determination or decision made by the administrator in the administration of this plan.
