(a) There is hereby established Fire Zone No. 1 within the Municipality to encompass business districts now zoned B-1, B-2 or B-3 plus a 200-foot buffer zone surrounding such areas and to further encompass all districts now zoned I-1, I-2 or R-C plus a 200-foot buffer zone surrounding such areas.
(b) The restrictions on construction within Fire Zone No. 1 shall be such as are found in Section 13 of the National Building Code, 1967 abbreviated edition, including all revisions thereof, as recommended by the American Insurance Association.
