(a) The Manager is directed to establish an administrative procedure by which grave sites are sold. (Ord. 2017-44. Passed 12-20-17.)
(b) The fees for the sale of grave sites and grave site service surcharge shall be as follows:

(c) The Foundation Fee shall be $60.00 per square foot. The foundation fee must be paid prior to the foundation being poured.

(d) There is hereby established a fund to receive the above-referenced grave site service surcharges from which only the interest derived from this fund can be expended for cemetery operating costs.
(e) The fund shall be entitled "Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund" and shall be Fund Number 82 under the City's current fund structure.
