947.01 PARK, RECREATION AND CEMETERY BOARD TO ADOPT RULES.

The Park, Recreation and Cemetery Board is hereby authorized to prescribe reasonable rules and regulations for the conduct of users of the Municipal cemeteries. Such rules and regulations shall be published and posted in suitable locations in the cemeteries. Such rules and regulations shall have the force and effect of laws for the government of this Municipality.
