945.01 AUTHORITY OF PARK, RECREATION AND CEMETERY BOARD.

The Park, Recreation and Cemetery Board is hereby authorized to prescribe reasonable rules and regulations for the conduct of users of park lands in the Municipality. Such rules and regulations shall be published and posted in suitable places on such park lands. Such rules and regulations shall have the force and effect of laws for the government of this Municipality.
