No person shall throw or deposit any garbage, sewage, slops, swill, rubbish or waste matter, or cause the same to be thrown or deposited, upon any street, alley, gutter, park or other public place or deposit the same in or upon any vacant lot or backyard, or store or keep the same otherwise than in cans or receptacles as required in Section 943.02.
