925.04 RESALE OF WATER PROHIBITED.

It shall be a breach of the contract existing between the Municipality and the purchaser of water for such purchaser to resell such water to anyone, and upon the violation of such contract, the Municipality reserves the right to discontinue the sale of water to such purchaser.
