903.10 STREET TREE PLAN FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS.

Any new street developed in a subdivision by a private developer and dedicated to the City shall have a street tree plan approved by the Planning Commission and a bond posted, mount determined by the Parks, Recreation and Cemetery Board with Council's approval, for future installation of the plan. This requirement shall be added to the list of subdivision regulations. (Ord. 1981-26. Passed 11-17-81.)
