A condition of such license shall be that all services, installation or work performed shall be accomplished as set forth in rules and regulations prescribed by the Building Inspector with regard to the installation, maintenance and servicing of electrical service within the Municipality, and to the making of connections to the electrical service of the Municipality. Failure to comply with such rules and regulations shall be deemed a violation of this section.
