717.05 VIEW FROM SIDEWALK; LIGHTING.

All pool and billiard rooms shall be on the first floor and in full view of the public from the sidewalk and such view shall not be obstructed by any screen or other device. Such rooms shall be well-lighted throughout. (Ord. 1932-2. Passed 2-1-32.)
