717.04 DISORDERLY CONDUCT; HOURS OF OPERATION.

Billiard or pool rooms shall at all times be run in a quiet and orderly manner and shall not be kept open, nor shall any playing or loitering be permitted therein, between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Ord. 1932-2. Passed 2-1-32.)
