§ 15.20.230   Erosion, sediment and pollutant control plan for nonpermitted activities.
   If nonpermitted ground-disturbing activities violate provisions of this chapter, the responsible party may be required to submit an erosion, sediment and pollutant control plan to demonstrate what measures will be revised or added to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
