The erosion, sediment and pollutant control plan shall be reviewed by the Public Works Department. If the Public Works Department finds that the plan complies with this chapter, it shall be approved. This approval shall be indicated on the plan documents. The approved plan shall not be changed, modified or altered without authorization from the Public Works Department. All development regulated by this chapter shall be done in accordance with the approved plan. If the Public Works Department approves only a portion of the plan, development may commence on only that portion of the site for which a plan has been approved.
