§ 15.16.100   Summary abatement.
   The procedures of this chapter need not be followed if the condition of a building is unmistakably dangerous and imminently endangers life or property. In this instance, the Chief of the Fire Department, the Fire Marshal, the Chief of Police or any other city official authorized by the City Council may summarily abate the nuisance.
