§ 15.16.040   Mailed notice.
   A.   The City Recorder shall notify the owner and any occupants of the building by certified or registered mail. The notice shall state:
      1.   That a hearing will be held concerning the nuisance character of the property;
      2.   A description of the property and alleged nuisances; and
      3.   The time and place of the hearing.
   B.   A copy of this notice shall be posted on the building.
