Numbers assigned to buildings shall be installed at the property owner’s expense within 30 days after completion of construction. Building numbers shall be installed on or in close proximity to the buildings for which the number is assigned, and the numbers shall be kept at all times clearly visible from the street or sidewalk. Building numbers shall be at least 3 inches in height and installed not more than 6 feet nor less than 4 feet above the ground or porch level.
