§ 15.04.020   Fees.
   A.   Fees charged under this chapter shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
   B.   The Building Official may authorize the refunding of fees paid.
   C.   The determination of value or valuation under any provisions of this chapter shall be made by the Building Official in accordance with rules adopted by the State of Oregon Building Codes Division.
