16.08.030   Zone boundaries.
Unless otherwise specified, zone boundaries are lot lines or the centerline of streets, railroad rights-of-way, or such lines extended. Where a zone boundary divides a lot into two or more zones, the entire lot shall be considered to be in the zone containing the greater lot area, provided the boundary adjustment is a distance of less than twenty feet.
